BMB has developed BMB Space, a fully managed cryptocurrency mining platform designed to provide investors with transparent and efficient access to digital asset mining. Through purpose-built mining facilities in Canada, competitive energy costs, dedicated investor reporting and comprehensive operational management, BMB delivers an institutional-quality mining infrastructure without the technical complexity traditionally associated with the sector.
This partnership combines L&G's expertise in investment structuring, capital raising and investor relations with BMB's specialist mining infrastructure and operational capabilities, creating a new alternative investment platform designed to meet the growing demand for digital infrastructure investments.
Together, L&G and BMB are developing two dedicated investment solutions:
Machine Ownership Model – enabling investors to acquire dedicated mining equipment while BMB manages all operational aspects, maintenance and reporting.
Mining Capacity Model – providing investors with immediate exposure to cryptocurrency mining revenues through leased mining capacity without the need to own or manage equipment.
The platform will also feature a dedicated L&G investor portal, customised reporting, individual performance dashboards and a seamless onboarding process, ensuring transparency and an enhanced client experience.
